Returns
- No returns are accepted once the mattress has been delivered due to hygiene and health regulations.
- Mattresses that have been unpacked, used, or soiled are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- Incorrect size or firmness selection by the customer does not qualify for return or exchange.
Refunds
- No refunds are provided for returned or used mattresses.
- Payments made are non-refundable once the product is delivered and accepted.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction related to comfort preference.
Repairs
- All manufacturing defect repairs reported within 1 month from delivery will be carried out free of cost.
- Transportation costs for repairs after 1 month from delivery must be borne by the customer.
- Repairs will only be performed after physical inspection by the service team.
Replacements
- Replacements are strictly at the manufacturer’s discretion after inspection.
- Replacement is applicable only for verified manufacturing defects.
- Replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
- Fabric covers, zippers, and outer upholstery are not covered under warranty.
- Replacement of fabric covers will be chargeable.
General Conditions
- Mattress must be used on a flat, ventilated, and supportive surface.
- Warranty is void in case of improper usage, bending, folding, jumping, or lack of proper bed base support.
- Normal wear and tear, comfort softening, and minor sagging are not manufacturing defects.
- Stains, moisture damage, burns, cuts, or pest infestation void the warranty.
